The only annoying thing is that the fruit usually spoils quickly. One reason for this is annoying fruit flies! Even if the pests are harmless, they feed on fermenting substances in our fruit and spread yeast and bacteria that cause our fruit to spoil more quickly. And let‘s be honest: a fruit basket covered in fruit flies doesn‘t look particularly appetizing either.

A smart solution to your fly problem: flies multiply very quickly, after all they lay up to 400 eggs a day. That‘s why you shouldn‘t waste any time and quickly reach for these fruit fly traps. They come in a cute fruit design and blend unobtrusively into any fruit bowl. The fruit fly traps are easy to open and fill with an attractant. You can use special products or try home remedies. A mixture of fruit juice, sugar, vinegar and a little washing-up liquid is recommended. The flies enter the trap through the openings in the lid and the problem is solved.
