Important information about your returned goods

Returns
Before you return an item, we recommend contacting our customer service. Problems such as missing accessories or malfunctions can often be solved quickly. Simply send an email to customerservice@pearl.ch.

Important information for your returns:
Please pack the item with its original packaging and all accessories (cables, instructions, etc.) in an additional sturdy cardboard box. Please do not tape or label the original item packaging. The right of return is only valid for private customers, not commercial customers. Excluded from the return policy are audio and video recordings, magazines, hygiene items, worn, used or damaged items, batteries, light bulbs and unsealed software. 30 days return policy

Customers can return goods purchased from PEARL without stating a reason within 30 days. If properly returned, we will refund you the entire purchase price. To return the goods, you require a return form. The return form is generally attached to the invoice included with the delivery. You can download the return form here.
Please note: The right of return does not apply to commercial customers.

B-Post

Please send your return by post or another shipping service. Please frank the return with sufficient postage and send it by B Post to: PEARL Switzerland, Grüssenhölzliweg 5, 4133 Pratteln. We cannot accept freight collect shipments.

Swiss Post's pick@home service

Simply follow the link to the Swiss Post pick@home homepage. You will find all the information you need to arrange for the return to be collected from your home. Instead of handing it over in person, you can deposit the return in a cubby or on your doorstep. It couldn't be any more convenient.
