Would you like faster delivery?
For products in our online shop marked as "ready for dispatch in 1-2 days" (excluding bulky and hazardous goods), you have the option to choose A-Post-Priority. The fee for A-Post is a one-time charge of CHF 3.–

Order of Small Quantities
For orders with a merchandise value of less than CHF 50, a small quantity surcharge of CHF 6.95 will be applied.
For orders over CHF 250.–, we offer free shipping with the speedy A Priority Service of Swiss Post.

Why is a surcharge applied?
The logistical effort for smaller order quantities is relatively high. By applying a small order surcharge for low order values, we enable our customers to enjoy lower prices for more affordable products.
For example, if a customer orders only a screen protector for 90 cents, the handling costs and additional effort would significantly exceed our profit margin. Without this surcharge, we would have to increase the price of the screen protector.

When will my package arrive? Generally, the goods, if available, will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Additionally, there is a transport time of approximately 1 to 3 business days, depending on whether you choose A-Post Priority or B-Post. We apologize for any delivery delays due to bad weather, during holiday seasons, and on public holidays. We rely on an external third party for the delivery of our goods.
