The powerful 2000 W motor with pure copper core reaches up to 28,000 revolutions per minute and turns grains, cereals, herbs and spices into fine powder in a short time.
Your grind size, just as the recipe calls for The adjustable fineness from 50 to 300 mesh is especially practical. This lets you decide whether the universal mill grinds coarser for muesli and baking mixes or super fine for flour, herb powder and spice blends. The timer switch lets you set each grinding run for up to 3 minutes; afterwards, give the spice mill a short break of 5 to 10 minutes. The included sieve helps you sort the ground product even finer.
Robust construction and safe operation The stainless steel housing, aluminium cover and sheet-iron base make the grain mill a real long-distance runner in your kitchen. For your safety, the flour mill stops immediately as soon as one of the two side latches is opened.
