With non-stick coating: The high-quality stainless-steel blades are durable and, thanks to the non-stick coating, the knives are easy to handle and simple to clean, as hardly any food residues stick to the blades. We recommend washing by hand with a mild detergent. This keeps the knives looking good for a long time so you can enjoy them for years to come.
