Protects your vegetable beds from droppings: Animal droppings in beds are not only disgusting, they can even contain worms if the animal is ill. Protecting your lawn, or at least your vegetables, therefore makes sense. With these spike grids you shield your beds from unwelcome visitors. The sharp spikes are unpleasant on the sensitive paws of cats and dogs and will even drive martens and rabbits away. However, no animal is seriously injured.

Even slugs beat a retreat: Slugs also dislike crawling over the spike grids. The effect is reinforced by small scent bowls in the ground grids, which can be filled with animal-repellent granules or home remedies. For example, slugs find the smell of lavender unpleasant. You can also build a double protective barrier against martens. Chilli, peppermint oil and vinegar are particularly repulsive to martens. 

Flexible to use: The spike grid is extremely versatile. You can arrange the ground grids into a kind of mat that protects the area under your car’s engine compartment. Alternatively, you can create “invisible” fences in the garden that protect delicate plants or herb beds from urine. Each ground grid is 50 centimetres long and approximately 3 centimetres high. Matching scent bowls are included in the set.
