Power for big projects: If you like to work for longer periods at a stretch, this starter kit is just right for you. The set includes a powerful 18V battery with 4.0 Ah capacity and 72 Wh energy plus a matching 3 A fast charger. This lets you put your 18V cordless tools into operation straight away and gives you enough reserves for intensive use around the house, garden and workshop. A single battery powers all tools of the same series, so you can simply buy additional tools without a battery and expand your system step by step.
Modern battery technology that thinks ahead: The latest-generation battery is equipped with an intelligent battery management system that protects the cells while charging. The fast charger delivers an output current of 3 A and quickly brings the battery back to full power. Thanks to the input voltage range of 100 to 240 V, you can conveniently charge it at any standard socket in your home, garage or garden shed. A long day outside, one project after another, and the battery keeps up with you until you look at your work with satisfaction and call it a well‑earned end of the day.
Flexible and always ready: The starter kit is the ideal basis for your cordless tool range. You work freely, without extension cables and without needing a socket nearby. With an additional interchangeable battery, the system becomes even more flexible: while one is in use, the other is already charging (item numbers: CH13477 or CH13478). This way you always have the right power at hand for every task.
