Maskoo is the first fabric mask made from ecological bamboo fibers and is entirely made in Italy. It is natural, antibacterial, hygroscopic and comfortable to wear.
Natural, because the fabric mask is made of pure, high-quality BAMBOO viscose fiber fabric.
Antibacterial, because the reusable mask is manufactured using the Droplet-Stop® process, which acts like an automatic filter: as soon as you exhale heavily, cough, sneeze or shout, the fibers close automatically, preventing potentially infectious particles from spreading. These natural antibacterial properties were tested and confirmed by the Japanese Textile Association together with a Swiss research institute after they were still retained even after 100 machine washes at 40°. The MASKOO® fabric mask even has a patented filter concept from the Ministry of Economic Development.
Hygroscopic, because the hollow structure of the bamboo fiber gives the fabric climatic properties. In fact, the bamboo fiber is very breathable and absorbent; it absorbs 60% more sweat and moisture compared to classic cotton and dries up to 20% faster.
Comfortable, because the cashmere-like, particularly soft texture of the warm fabric mask ensures optimum wearing comfort. The OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, class 1, product for children and babies underlines this. The Maskoo fabric mask is particularly comfortable to wear as it allows air to flow freely during the warmer months of the year. In the cool season, the soft fabric of the warm fabric mask is pleasantly warm on the skin.
