A new induction stove is a great thing: it heats up in a flash, is highly energy-efficient, and so on. But does that mean you have to replace all the pots? You don't have to! Now you can keep your usual cookware.

And it's as simple as this: The induction plate passes the heat of the stove directly to the pot. So you simply use induction pots and your old sweethearts at the same time. The handle stays cool, by the way. Also ideal for special pots that are not available in an induction version, such as the caquelon from the fondue set, steam juicer or the original Italian aluminum espresso pot.
