Smoke alarm with long-life battery: This smoke alarm operates with a permanently installed 3 V lithium battery of type CR123A. The battery cannot be replaced; the detector is ready for use immediately and can be used for up to 10 years. After a maximum of 10 years from the date of manufacture, the entire smoke alarm must be replaced. It works according to the photoelectric principle and complies with standard EN 14604.

Alarm, test and alarm memory: If the detector detects smoke, an acoustic alarm of at least 85 dB sounds at a distance of 3 m. You can regularly check the function via the test button. The alarm memory is practical: if the detector was triggered while you were not at home, a green LED will flash afterwards so you can see which detector went off.

Installation and application area: Mounting material with two plugs and two screws as well as instructions are included. The detector is intended for living areas, but not for bathrooms or kitchens. Follow the instructions in the user manual when choosing the installation location.
